1 How to get help?

The first place to go to get help is our help library. We have created a library of videos, explanations and tutorials for virtually every question you could have.

This library can be found by clicking the "black ?" in the upper right hand corner of the page. If you don't find what you're looking for. You can submit your question via the "Contact Us" tab. We will answer your question as soon as possible and post it the database.

The second place to go to get help is our LIVE chat widget. We have full time staff available to help you 8am-4pm (PST).

The third place to go to get help is our Facebook Group. The link is here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/773541813477977/.

It's recommended you use a screen capture program to demonstrate the exact problem you're experiencing. A free one is loom.com. After you record your video, post it in the Facebook group.

Getting Started Videos and implementation videos

On the left hand sidebar, you'll see "FACTS BUILT training videos". That is a on-going library of training videos. In this membership site you will find campaign implementation videos as well (if your package level includes the DFY campaigns).
